IWAKI electromagnetic metering pumps are designed for accurate dosing with the most advanced technology. Maximum stroke speed, diaphragm with very long life, and various materials of construction and control options make these pumps very versatile and suitable for a wide spectrum of industrial applications. EH/E Series high capacity model electromagnetic metering pumps are available with the following features: diaphragm type metering pump with latest electromagnetic drive; fine adjustment of flow by stroke speed and stroke length adjustment; microcomputer built-in controller which enables a pump to operate in four models, i.e., manual, proportional, pulse and count control; high resolution digitised controller for stroke speed adjustment by 1 SPM step; flow ratio of 1:720; IP 65 equivalent water/dust proof structure; chemical resistant features; and special design model for high viscosity application. Range: capacity – up to 75 LPH; discharge pressure – up to 1.0 MPa; stroke speed – up to 360 SPM; material diaphragm – PTFE coated EPDM, pump head – PVC, GFRPP, SUS 316, PVDF, and valve – alumina ceramic, hastelloy C, SUS 316.
