Electromagnetic Metering Pumps, EHN Series

IWAKI electromagnetic metering pumps are designed for accurate dosing with the most advanced technology. Maximum stroke speed, diaphragm with very long life, and various materials of construction and control options make these pumps very versatile and suitable for a wide spectrum of industrial applications. EHN Series standard model electromagnetic metering pumps are available with the following features: diaphragm type meter\ring pump with latest electromagnetic drive; very fine adjustment of flow by stroke speed as well as by stroke length adjustments; high resolution digitised controller for strike speed adjustment by 1 SPM steps, flow ratio 1:720; multiplying and dividing operation of pump by external signal; multi voltage power source from AC 100 to 240 V for all models; IP 66 equivalent water/dust proof driving and control unit; manual as well as external control operation; option of automatic and manual air vent; option of high compression pump head; and mainly for injection of boiler chemicals. Range: capacity – up to 27 LPH; discharge pressure – up to 1.0 MPa; stroke speed – up to 360 SPM; material diaphragm – PTFE coated EPDM; pump head – PVC; and valve – alumina ceramic, hastelloy C.
