Voltech Industrial Products offers Dosing/ Metering Pumps. This is precise volumetric control metering pump for feeding, measurement and control system. This is positive return type plunger. Also available Diaphragm pump, where flow can be adjusted from 0 to 100% while the pump is running or at rest, by stroke changing mechanism. Reciprocating motion to achieve fluid control by setting micrometric manual adjustment or pneumatic or electrical actuators. The operating range: metering pumps are available for unlimited applications which are ideal to dose liquids, foams, suspensions, dispersions, melts, gases that are harmless, abrasive, toxic, aggressive and viscous. There are various models, which can meter/ dose 2 LPH to 15000 LPH against maximum discharge pressure of 700 kg/cm2 at low or high temperature. Features: high accuracy, totally enclosed, water and dust proof housing; wide capacity range from few ml/hr to 15,000 ltr/hr and discharge pressure up to 700 kg/cm2; fully automatic lubrication, compact, light weight, wide range of heads; multiplexing up to six heads and capacities can be achieved by multiplexing; packaged dosing systems unit; oil immersed operating assemblies for continuous operation; automatic gas venting of hydraulic oil; a variety of check valves designed for difficult liquids; special "U" spring loaded seals; relief and replanting valve in hydraulic circuit; relatively better resistance to fouling; and long working life to PTFE diaphragm and gentle flow against the diaphragm.
