Matz Pumps offers plunger and diaphragm type Dosing/Metering Pumps & Dosing Systems with manual or auto stroke control facility for flow variation. These are offered with capacity range from 0.25 to 10,000 LPH per pump head, with provision of multiplexing nine pumps with a common drive. Discharge pressures up to 1500 kg/cm² for plunger type head and up to 250 kg/cm² for diaphragm type pump heads are available. The materials of construction for liquid end are SS 304, 316, 321, PP, PTFE, PVC, alloy-20, and hastalloy, as per application. Available in eleven different modular units, these can be up-graded to higher models with necessary retrofitting at site. Pump flow can be controlled manually or remotely with the help of analogue or digital signal. Pumps are designed, manufactured, tested and performance guaranteed as per API 675. Typical pump performance is ±1 % of flow steady state accuracy and repeatability and ± 3% linearity of the rated capacity. Complete dosing package along with tank, valves, auto control instrumentation, along with pumps and systems for batch and proportional control is possible. Various accessories like relief valve, pulsation dampener, pressure control valve, back pressure regulator, injection valve, strainers etc are available. The company also offers solenoid operated diaphragm metering pumps with in-built pH, ORP, residual chlorine control card for water and wastewater treatment plants.
