Multi Spring Seal

Maruti Seals manufactures Multi-spring seal. The product finds application in chemical pumps for fertilizer and petrochemical industries; acid pumps; and corrosive chemical pumps. Multiple spring design exerts uniform pressure on face and balanced primary ring makes it suitable for high pressure. Teflon, nylon and grapholi wedge in place of secondary seal ring is also available and identified as MS-502 BW. Features: balanced; uniform face loading; double acting; and inside mounted. Operating limit: shaft dia - 16 to 160 mm; pressure - 35 bar; temperature - -45 to 300°C; velocity - 26 m/s; and axial movement - ±0.5 mm.
