Time And Motion Engineers offers Universal Marking Machines, TM2000. These machines are used for marking on electronic and electrical components like resistors, capacitors, ICs, hybrid microcircuits, relays, LED displays, crystal oscillators, switches, carbon brushes. They are also used for labels printing in pharmacy, agro and fertilizer industry and other components like gaskets, liners and other parts in automobile industry. These machines are universal in a sense that it can print like a pad printer for flat faced components and also like an offset printer for cylindrical or surface with ups and downs components. The prints that are produced by this machine are clear, sharp, defects free through out the shift in consistent manner. These machines are available with different speeds that is, 30/40/60 strokes per minute. The maximum print area is 50mm x 50mm. This model meets the demand of continuous industrial production line. The low maintenance and solid design incorporates ball bearings, hardened and ground components at all important wear points for consistency in quality and quantity. These are of tabletop model with dimensions of 360mm length, 180mm Width and 315mm height operated by a gear motor. These machines are versatile which are suitable for printing on rubber plates, types, polymer-etched plates etc.
