Stencils For Smt

A & A Resources offers stencils manufactured with laser cutting, chemical etching or the combination of both the technologies. To design and manufacture the stencil with the use of any of these technologies, following data is essential: either film or Gerber files or DXF files. In a laser cut-stencil, minimum aperture size could be as low as 0.004"with the manufacturing tolerance of ?0.0005". Apertures can be added without making a new stencil. Frames can be provided in cast aluminium, tubular aluminium, tubular stainless steel and epoxy coated. With the present capability of the manufacturer, stencils having 1/4 mil resolution 0.0015"1 line width and 20"x 28"maximum image size could be offered.
