Time and Motion Engineers offers Semi-Automatic Marking Machine, TM220. It is used for printing details like make, model, type, value, tolerance, batch codes, week of manufacturing, etc on electronic and electrical components like transducers, sensors, HRC fuses, connectors, switches, thermocouples, temperature and pressure transmitters, semi-conductors, load cells, resistors, HMCs, potentiometers, relays, capacitors, crystal oscillators, hardware components, etc. This machine finds wide applications in automotive and pharmaceutical industries also. TM220 can also be used as a pad printer for printing on flat surfaces or can be used as an offset printer for surfaces like cylindrical, concave, convex, flat or irregular surfaces. The print surfaces can be ceramic, plastic, metals, durez, epoxy, paper, etc. The print area is 40 mm x 50 mm with printing speed of 30 strokes per min. The model TM220 is low in maintenance and meets the continuous industrial production line produces sharp and clear prints consistently. Customized machines can be designed and manufactured for printing on specific product too.
