Recorder, All-In-1 With Printer

Ace Instruments offers an All-in-1 Recorder with Printer for recording all parameters in a single instrument. One can connect pressure transmitters, vacuum transmitters, temperature sensors (RTD Pt-100, all thermocouples), flow transmitters, humidity transmitters, differential pressure transmitters on a single instrument; and monitor all the parameters on display and print the same automatically at front key selected intervals. The printer is a noiseless thermal 24-column strip printer and integrated in the instrument console. Print interval can be set from 5 seconds to 9999 seconds between successive printouts. The instrument is a micro controller-based instrument with factory fixed universal input. It can take up to 8-inputs, which can be of different transmitters or sensors. Each channel can be configured for a separate type of input. The instrument is totally programmable with channel enable/disable selection, print interval selection, scan time programming, individual channel calibration from front keys and above all RS232/RS485 communication port for PC monitoring. The instrument has 5000 records memory built-in and the software provided for PC monitoring enables for real time supervision, historical trend analysis, graphs and report generation in excel sheet. The instrument is available in 1, 2, 3 up to 8-channel configuration. Sensors for temperature, pressure, vacuum, humidity and differential pressure are available for all ranges in stock to match the data recorder. The instrument has wide applications in cleanroom monitoring, autoclaves (for pressure and temperature monitoring), tray drier validations, vacuum drier mapping, humidity chamber monitoring, vacuum pump criteria monitoring, distillation column monitoring, etc.
