Metal marking machine

Purvi Products manufactures Markwell, a metal marking machine for permanent marking on any metallic part by electrochemical process. This process replaces the old punching process. The punching process may develop cracks due to molecular disturbances. There is no metal deformation or stress development in electrochemical marking process. To etch part number, specifications, identification mark, production date, batch number, inspection details and for monograms on metallic parts of any shape, this is an electrochemical marking machine. Markwell is simple, portable and robust in design. The electrolyte used is neutral (not acidic/alkaline) and totally safe for human body. The machine operates on 230 V AC and few seconds are required to mark on metal. The operation is very easy and no specialize skill or experience is required. The marking is possible in black colour or in deep etching, without colour. The process is manual but can be automised as per the individual requirement. The spares and consumables are readily available.
