Rich Gold Plating Machine
Rich Gold is a plating machine for selective plating, where plating is done without dipping the job in electroplating tanks.
- Nickel, copper, tin, silver and gold plating can be done with this system on conductive parts; commonly used in circuit breakers, motor starters, and electrical conductors
- Used in circuit breakers, motor starters, and electrical conductors; an effective tool to bring down the electrical losses occurring on account of joint resistance
- Joint resistance is reduced by 40 per cent; heat generation is also reduced and possible failures due to hotspots are thus averted; plating process is very simple and no specialise skill is required, and
- The application list includes plating on edge contacts of assembled PCB card without disassembly or masking, plating on flexible circuitry and tape cable, prototype manufacturing, extra thickness on already plated area, small scale production of PCB with gold plating, silver plating on electrical contacts, etc.
