Marking Machine

Time and Motion Engineers has introduced a new model semi automatic, Marking Machine, TM2050, for marking on pharmaceutical packaging, electrical and electronic components. This machine is so versatile that it accepts rubber plates, types, polymer etched plates, etc. This machine can print directly like a pad printer for flat components or indirectly like an offset printer for cylindrical or irregular shaped surfaces. The prints produced by this machine are clear, sharp, defects free though out the shift in consistent manner. The ideal speed of this machine is 30 strokes per minute. The maximum print area is 32 x 63 mm. The model TM2050 meets the continuous industrial production line. The low maintenance and solid-state design incorporates ball bearings, hardened and ground components at all important wear points for consistency in quality and quantity. It’s a table top model with dimensions of L 380 mm, W 180 mm and H 345 mm, operated by a geared motor.
