Pneumatic Dot Pin Marking Machines

Pneumatic Marker, also known as Dot Pin Marking is also known as percussion marking machines. These machines are ideal for replacing a hand punching operation & has a lot of advantages over many similar conventional processes. Hot foil stamping is also replaced with pneumatic metal marking machine. These machines are capable of marking on soft & hard components. These machines can mark all metals such as Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper brass, Gold, Silver, En8, En31, OHNS etc. Ideal for marking on hard plastics. These machines mark permanent Batch numbers, Serial numbers, Barcode scanned data, Data from PLC, Date codes, Month codes, Year codes, etc. These machines typically have speed of 2-3 characters per second. They can mark upto depth of 0.01mm-0.4mm. Over all machine accuracy is ensured at 0.01mm.
Different stylus types are available for marking. Choice of stylus depend on material to mark, stylus amplitude required & depth of making required. PT 16, PT 10, PT 06, LP 16, LP 10, LP 06, Extra long PT 16 & LP 10 etc. are the types available. Machine with rotary or vertical attachment are fitted with 3 axis controller. Standard rotary small attachment is suitable for components upto 5 kg weight. Standard rotary big attachment is suitable for weight upto 15 kg. Vertical attachment standard is 150mm adjustable. All these machines give true interpolated motion in all 3 axis.
Special light weight design useful in applications where portability is desired. Marking areas of 50x30, 80x30 & 150x30 available. Optional accessories of magnetic clamps or other clamping arrangement available. Same heads also used for integratable applications with SPM's. Most simple yet powerful controller for portable heads or for integration applications. Connect a barcode scanner/ Weighing scale/ Gauging System. Integrate with a PLC with RS232 port, end of marking, Marking ON Output and 4 inputs for automatic design selection. Also backup data to PC with standard Stampsoft software.
