Mamata Machinery Pvt Ltd manufactures servo-driven vertical sachet packaging machine - LA-300-S with volumetric slide fillers that ensure free flowing of granules. The machine incorporates electric cabinet with control panel. The controller is of modular design. Draw-off rollers enable easy web transportation for longitudinal perforation/cut. Compact duplex-piston pumps provide high dosing accuracy and are easily adjustable. These pumps can be removed for replacement and cleaning. Foil decoiling roll-off wind station incorporates web edge guide. Tension control is achieved through pneumatically loaded dancer with linear feedback and adjustable mechanical belt friction facility. Hinged side panels, side and cross sealing tool, embossing unit, close-up filling tubes and cut-off device are the other parts of this packaging machine.
