Side Flap Gluer

Mumbai-based Mahisa Electronics manufactures side flap gluer, which is a hot melt adhesive applicator used mainly for side flap gluing of various types of cartons at high speed and zero rejection. The product has a glue tank with a capacity of approximately five kgs. The temperature controller helps in setting and controlling the temperature according to the type of hot melt and cartons/boxes to be pasted. The minimum and maximum length plus width of the cartons/boxes is 200 and 800 mm, respectively. The machine is provided with setting guide that sets the line of application of the glue on cartons. The power supply is 440 V, 50 Hz, 3 phases and 230 V, 50 Hz, 1 phase. The warm up time is approximately 60 minutes. The minimum width of the glue applied on boxes is 5 mm. The approximate dimension of the machine is 1,420 mm x 1,050 mm x 900 mm. Customised roller system for small boxes and minimum width of the glue up to 3 mm are optional facilities obtained on request.
