Bhupendra & Brothers (Machinery) offers Packing Braiders designed to make square packing using natural (jute, cotton, asbestos, etc) and modern high-tech synthetic yarns (carbon fibre, glass fibre, Kevlar, PTFE, aramid, etc). Machines of this series are available in 2, 3 and 4 tracks as well as round packing braiders and it can be vertical type (for plain braid) or inverted type (for adding any chemicals at the time of braiding). 2-Track Machines: (for rough surface) with bobbin size Dia 57 x 140 mm, traverse (300 cm Cube) or Dia 75 x 200mm traverse (780 cm Cube) or Dia 70 x 285 traverse (945 cm Cube); 8 spindles (3 mm to 8mm), 12 spindles (6 mm to 12mm), and 16 spindles (10 mm to 19 mm). 3 Track Machines: (for tight structure and good cross-sectional stability) with bobbin size Dia 57 x 140 mm, traverse (300 cm Cube) or Dia 75 x 200 mm traverse (780 cm Cube) or Dia 70 x 285 traverse (945 cm Cube); 12 spindles (3 mm to 8 mm), 18 spindles (6 mm to 15 mm), and 24 spindles (8 mm to 19 mm). 4 Track Machines: (for highly durable, tight structure with smooth surface, high elasticity and cross-sectional stability) with bobbin size Dia 57 x 140 mm, traverse (300 cm Cube) or Dia 75 x 200 mm, traverse (780 cm Cube) or Dia 70 x 285 traverse (945 cm Cube); 16 spindles (3 mm to 8 mm), 24 spindles (6 mm to 19 mm), 32 spindles (12 mm to 32 mm), 48 spindles (19 mm to 50 mm) and 52 spindles (22 mm to 60 mm).
