FillTeck is produced on-demand with limited operator involvement. Clear inflatable cushions created by the system can be re-used for an added eco-friendly benefit. The system provides excellent protection with minimum material storage space required, reduces shipping costs due to lightweight packaging material and offers clean, professional looking packages. A user-friendly control pad allows users to customise the height of the packaging from 1?2? to 4?, which reduces material usage and provides protection even in narrow spaces. Material is perforated or cut to a desired length, which eliminates waste and creates superior cushioning around the entire product. The shape of FillTeck packaging can be changed at the touch of a button to provide maximum protection for a given application. A choice of quilted options allows for the material to conform to irregularly shaped products. For bottom, top and side cushioning, a protective pad may be created by choosing an option with long cushions. The system automatically produces cushioned pads in the desired length and height, enabling users to provide protection at the bottom of a carton. Guarding against shock, vibration and damage, the system ensures that items arrive damage-free.
