Induction cap sealing machine

Electronics Devices manufactures induction cap sealing machine useful for sealing containers in online packaging. An inner seal wafer is inserted into the cap of the container. The container is filled and capped and then passed on the conveyor beneath the sealing head. The electromagnetic waves generated by the sealing head penetrate through the cap to the aluminium foil to form the poly heat seal coating. After leaving the induction field, the foil cools and the heat seal film bonds to the lip of the container leaving a hermetically sealed container. This type of sealing increases the shelf life of the materials in the container and discourages pilferage, as the seal cannot be easily tampered. Containers with various mouth sizes can be sealed in a single machine. This machine is suitable for automated and high-speed lines.
