The fully hydraulic grease-filling machine is a quality product from Amba Engineering works, a manufacturer of lubrication and filtration equipments. The grease quantity in this machine is adjustable from 0.5 to 15 cc per outlet. The cycle time is 5 seconds. There are two, 4/2 directional control valves, of 24 V DC rating. The reservoir capacity is 3000 cc. The electric motor for grease stirring is of 0.25 HP rating, and discharge per stroke is 15 cc. The machine has two hydraulic cylinders – one is for grease filling, the second one for pressing reserve grease continuously. Once the stroke is set, accurate quantity is always discharged. Machines as per customer-specific requirements can also be supplied.
