Model BM 453 is a state-of-the-art PLC controlled form-fill and seal machine from Bajaj Maschinen. All the vital operations of the machine like sealing and cutting are pneumatically activated for fast and highly efficient operations. All operations from weighing, filling and sealing are accurately controlled by state-of-the-art sophisticated PLC. Pneumatically controlled intermittent sealing ensures precise high quality airtight sealing and facilitates synchronisation with various weigh/fill attachments. Photocell controlled printed points tracing system ensures extremely accurate bag forming, sealing and cutting performance. The machine is designed to perform pillow type packing and can be adapted for various packing sizes and speeds depending on the product. This pneumatically controlled machine has lesser moving components, which ensure minimal breakdowns, and gives higher production. Product out-feed conveyor can be attached optionally. Filling system attachments: cup filler - suitable for free-flowing products like tea, supari, detergent, whole spices, peanut, etc; auger filler - suitable for filling hygroscopic non free-following powders like ground spices, mehndi, pesticide, detergent, coffee, milk powder, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and colours, etc; and electronic weigh filler - suitable for odd shaped high priced products like dry fruits (cashew nuts, pistachio) confectionery, snack foods, rice sugar and pulses, etc.
