Automatic Filling Line

Fully automatic filling line is ideal solution for high per shift retail packing. The line which executes the feeding empty can/containers, orienting, inkjet marking, target filling with high accuracy, lid placing and lid pressing, carton erecting, carton sealing and carton stamping all in a synchronized cycle with minimum operator. This is fully indigenous integrated line, which has plc controls, geared Servo drive and volumetric filling unit that can be single or multi head as per requirement of filling speed. It is already working at more than three customer facilities. It is only suitable for large no. of retail containers per shift.
