Cartoning and bag packing lines consist of three different case packers for packaging any type of flexible bags (pouches) vertically or horizontally into RSC American type cases. The automatic system copies the operation made by human hands, by picking up a layer of bags by means of suction arms. Eight different collating arrangements can be performed and in particular the method of bags superimposing ensures the most delicate product into case without any damage during the operation. The machines are modular in design and can be assembled in accordance with customer requirement, most suitable for crisp snack foods, granular products and for untouched volumetric or weight based packing for distant sales outlets.
