Aluminium Re-Drawn Tubes (Precision) for Pneumatic Cylinders

Siddhi Engineers an ISO 9001:2000 certified company in India, is a pioneer in precision aluminium tubes drawing. The company has developed a special manufacturing technique, which is suitable for making close tolerance with precision inside surface finished pneumatic cylinders. Sizes are available as per ISO series: 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 63, 70, 80 and 100 mm, etc., and also available in 32, 40, 50.80, 63, 76.2 and 101.6 mm dia (Mickey Mouse web section) for pneumatic cylinders; thickness ? 1.0, 1.25, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 5.0 mm; length ? 1 metre as standard, can be offered as per customer required; and tolerance on ID ? H10 for sizes up to 40 mm ID and above 40 mm ID tolerance is H11. Quality assurance: all the tubes are measured with dial bore gauges to give assured dimensions stability. Surface roughness: Ra ? 0.4m along the length, Ra ? 0.6m across the length, Rmax ? 9.0m. Quality assurance: all the tubes are supplied with high surface finished, measured by state of the art surface roughness measuring instrument, which can measure 0.000001 of a millimetre. Aluminium re-drawn tubes are as per BSI, DIN, and ASTM standards specification with required alloy as per customer need. The tube can be supplied with hard anodised coating having thickness 20m (min) and hardness up to 420 HV (max). The company manufactures small diameter aluminium tubes for coil, condenser, heat exchanger, radiators, etc.
