Siddhi Engineers, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, produces high quality Aluminium Tubes and Pipes used for Pneumatic Cylinders. These are special type of aluminium re-drawn tubes as per BSI, DIN and ASTM standards with specification to required alloy as per customers’ needs. The company has developed a wide range and sizes of aluminium tubes as per ISO series for pneumatic cylinders, i.e., sizes of ID 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 63, 70, 80 and 100 mm and also available in 32, 40, 50.80, 63, 76.2 and 101.6 mm dia (Mickey Mouse web section) for pneumatic cylinders. Thickness offered ranges from 1.0, 1.25, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 5.0 mm. Tolerance on ID is H10 for sizes up to 40 mm and above that the tolerance is H11. Normally offered length is 1 metre, but longer tubes can be supplied as per customers’ requirements. The tubes can be supplied with hard anodised coating with 20m thickness and hardness up to 420 HV. The surface roughness is: Ra ? 0.4 m along the length, ? 0.6 m across the length and Rmax ? 0.9 m. Physical properties: UTS 245 Mpa/mm², 2% proof stress 200 Mpa/mm² percentage elongation 9%, hardness 72 HB. The company manufactures small dia aluminium tubes also for coils, condensers, heat exchangers, radiators, etc.
