Tan-V-Tech Aluminium is a manufacturer of aluminium redrawn profiles/tubes/sections/rods in close precision tolerance. The company has the latest drawing technology at its plant and has developed special tools for economy of production, and has recently trebled its production capacity. It is supplying drawn aluminium tubes to manufacturers of badminton rackets and other sports goods manufacturers. In drawn tube, tolerances are as close as ±0.03 mm on both OD and ID, which not only reduces the weight of tube compare to extruded rods/tubes, but gives superior finish also. These pipes are supplied with close tolerance and have no eccentricity and ovality as per specification of application. Th pipes can be supplied with different colour anodising also. The production range is from 1.0 mm OD to 100 mm OD and thickness ranging from 0.10 to 17 mm. Special sections for different products, according to drawing and critical requirements can be developed, so that proper cutting, chamfering, threading, and flaring can be done. These pipes have special property of lustre, which is requirement for special coating. Aluminium drawn tubes in different alloys as per critical applications are also available (like 1050, 1070, 1100 F, 2012, 3100, 3103, 5052, 6061.6063, 6351, 6082, etc).
