The company has the latest tube/section drawing technology and has developed special tools for economy of production. It supplies drawn aluminium profile rods/tubes/sections/bend and swaged components to auto components and accessories manufacturers; and turned component manufacturers for making precision turned components/assemblies. In drawn sections, tolerances are as close as ?0.02 on both OD and ID, which not only reduces the weight of sections compared to extruded sections but gives superior finish also. The production range is from 1.0 mm OD to 100.00 mm OD and thickness ranging from 0.10 to 13.00 mm. Particularly for turned components, the company has developed special alloys and sizes so that proper cutting, chamfering, threading, and flaring can be done. It has developed special profiles and if required such profiles in rods/tubes can be developed, and supplied with painted, anodised and powder coated condition also. The company has also drawn special alloys for better hardness for automobile industry for making radiator and condenser tubes.
