These blasters discharge high velocity powerful air offering effective cooling at a particular spot or long distance. Aerotech mancoolers are unique for the comfort for the man, machine and materials. Built in robust construction and fitted with TEFC motors for 3-phase, 50 cycles, AC supply operation, these air blasters employ high efficiency aluminium alloy impellers with aerofoil section blades and are designed for optimum relation between air quantity, pressure and power consumption. The air blasters in this range consist of strong wire guards, tilting and swivelling arrangement. Air filters are designed to provide better filter efficiency, and ideal air flow characteristics, constant performance greater fire retardency. Easy maintenance and simple handling provide longer life thus eliminating numerous operational constraints. These are available in standard as well as tailor made sizes. The axial flow fans are specially designed and manufactured for optimum relation between air quantity and power consumption and to meet the exact demands of commercial and industrial ventilation in hot, humid, dusty and corrosive environments. Cylindrical casing of fans is fabricated out of MS/SS sheet with adequate size for fine clearances as is practicable for better efficiency. Impeller will be of cast aluminium alloy and aerofoil of blade is designed to have maximum efficiency at lesser HP.
