Aerotech Equipments & Projects (P) Ltd is engaged in custom manufacturing of Dust Collectors and Scrubbers. In the bag type dust collector, the inlet connection, which is located at the top of the unit underneath the fan housing, deflects the air flow into a pre-separator chamber which is located at one side of the filter chamber. The air velocity drops down considerably when the air stream enters the pre-separator chamber so that heavy practices automatically drop down into the collection dustbin. The remaining fine dust particles collect on the high capacity filter bags. The fine filtration takes place under extremely low filter load, which assures the desired highly efficient filtration. This dust collector series is available in a wide variety of configurations like manual, mechanical and compressed air shaking devices with many options like pulsejet bag filters and multi pleated cartridge filter houses equipped with high efficiency solenoid valves and timers.
