Vacuum Oven

Pathak Electrical Works offers a rectangular vacuum oven, Model PEW-132 VGSQ. It has a double-walled cabinet. The outer wall is made of mild steel, the inner chamber is of stainless steel (304). The insulation is glass wool filled between the walls to athickness of 3". The door is made of thick MS plate. SS 304 lining is provided to the inner side of the door. A glass window is provided at the centre of the door. The door is fitted with mild steel pin type hinges. The outer side is painted with gray paint. Heating is carried out by means of heaters fitted on the outer side of the inner chamber with ceramic insulation to get maximum temperature of 200oC. The temperature is controlled by an automatic electronic temperature controller. The control panel is fitted at the top. The inner chamber can withstand a vacuum of 76 cm of Hg, with a leakage of less than 50 mm of Hg in 24 hours. Shelves made of stainless steel are provided.
