Tray Drier, PEW-9
Pathak Electrical Works offers a Tray Drier, Model PEW-9. This tray drier has a double walled cabinet with the outer wall made of mild steel, and the inner chamber made of mild steel or stain-less steel, according to customer requirements. The insulation is of glass wool filled between the walls to a minimum thickness of 2". Two doors are fitted on heavy chrome plated brass hinges. One of the doors contains a ball-catch latch. The outer side is painted with enamel paint. The inner side (in case of mild steel) is painted with heat resistant aluminium paint. Heating is carried out by means of strip heaters fitted on both the sidewalls of the inner chamber. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat. For better accuracy and safety of the oven, Digital Temperature Controller (PEW-202) can be provided at an extra cost. The temperature range can be from 5°C above the ambient to 150°C. The air is circulated by means of a fan fitted directly on the motor shaft at one side of the drier. The drier has a cross flow air circulation. Trays are made of aluminium or stainless steel with a standard size of 32" x 16" x 0.5". Trolley arrangement can be provided to accommodate 12 or 24 trays as required at an extra cost.
