THERMIC FLUID HEATER - SOLID FUEL FIRED

Isotex Corporation offers Thermic Fluid Heater - Solid Fuel Fired, Model Ecotherm VCL. It is based on unique 3-pass vertical design, and powered by solid fuels like coal, lignite, bagasse, husk, sawdust, wood, groundnut shell, coconut shell, coffee husk, etc. This heater is used wherever indirect heating is required. Users include, among other industries, textiles, edible oil refineries, chemical, paint, automobiles, metals, plywood, petroleum, food, paper, printing and wherever hot air, hot water and steam generation is by thermic fluid. Features: vertical 3 pass, coil tube design requires 50% less space as compared to other systems; vertical concentratic coils are free of any fly ash deposits, hence consistent efficiency; high flow rates and higher thermic fluid heat prevents overheating and ensures higher coil and thermic fluid life. Ready-to-use units: smallest capacity unit of 75,000 kcal/hr can be offered; smaller capacity units up to 2 lakh kcal/hr are totally skid mounted and ready to use; and units come complete with ID fan, thermic fluid circulating pump, control panel, refractory lining in the furnace and insulated heat exchanger.
