Pit Type Furnaces

Allied Consulting Engineers offers Pit Type Furnaces. These are versatile, which are used for bright or black annealing of ferrous/non-ferrous materials, gas carburising, gas nitriding, and more such processes. The installations are used with or without special atmosphere depending upon the process. Re-circulation fan is optionally provided for rapid heating as well as cooling. These furnaces are suited for annealing, with charge weight up to 3 tonnes is offered to suit the charge shape and size with electric/oil fired/gas fired heating and also with nitrogen, endothermic, methanol, acetone, LPG atmosphere gas, etc. Special features are gas guide, carbon potential control, etc.
