Kanthal Sandvik offers Laboratory Furnace. This is superior fibrothal heating system, which is simply heating elements and insulation combined into a single unit use for 1200DegC temperature. Fibrothal is lightweight, maintenance free; insulation material that has very low shrinkage compared to conventional material like ceramic board or fibre blankets. It has very good energy saving features. CRI - CSR Equipment is split type furnace for easy loading and unloading, with Inconel 600G vessel for longer life, Horizontal movement of vessel is made possible by a geared motor, special locking system of vessel during movement. Advance gas control system with auto leakage alarm. CO - gas conversion to CO2 through honeycomb type catalytic converter technology. Optional features include fully automatic control system by PLC with SCADA. Online weight measurement, Variable speed CSR drum with auto cut off and revolution counter and control.
