Insulated Ceramic Infrared Heaters

Ace Heat Tech has introduced Elstein high temperature insulated ceramic radiator consisting of a ceramic body, which is filled with highly efficient heat insulation material. This minimises the heat losses at the back of the radiation element and reduces the temperature in the wiring space. These have many improvements over without insulated ceramic infrared heaters like: energy saving due to heat insulation; high efficiency; high temperature up to 900ºC; and fast heat up time approx 2 minutes. These heaters are available in various shapes with different power capacities up to 1000 W. Most common applications are thermoforming, gelling PVC paste coating on fabrics, powder coating, paint bakings, tempering glass, soldering printed circuit boards, etc.
