Quartz IR Heating Modules
In quartz IR heating modules, a resistance wire is enclosed in a small diameter quartz tube running parallel to each other and mounted in a special housing. The two sizes are designed to be installed in the same dimensional spacing as the ceramic infrared elements. The half IR heating modules in size 125 x 63 mm are available in wattage from 125 to 650 W, and full IR heating modules in size 248 x 63 mm are available in different wattage from 250 to 1000 W.
