Sonal Sales Corporation offers Infrared Heater. This is a short wave infrared heater used for the fastest heating applications. This heater has transparent quartz tube sheath and consist of tungsten coiled element duly centred and supported, with terminal leads at both the ends. It is available in 9 standard lengths having ratings from 500 W to 3000 W and recommended for horizontal installation only. Since it has peak wavelength of 1.16 microns and maximum watt density of 100 W/liner inch. It is mainly used for PET perform heating in stretch blow moulding machines, paint baking, ink drying on offset machines, screen printing curing on textiles, pre-heating prior to embossing, sterilising, etc.
