These heaters are completely proof to all external agents as melted plastics, oil, gas, etc. They are very rugged and the high watt density per square centimeter permits a fast and safe means of reaching the required working temperature (brass tubular sheath 4.5 W/cm² and SS sheath for corrosion protection, 7 W/cm², these are suitable for 230 V supply). During manufacturing process, the heaters are subjected to very high pressure that gives them high insulation, excellent thermal exchange, lack of internal voids, perfect smooth contact area for optimum and uniform heat transfer to every point of the nozzle. The heaters come with power connection metal braiding cable, standard length 1 m, with either of radial, axial 0°-30°-45° or tangential 0° exit. Thesea re available in various standard sizes from ID 25 to 100 mm ID, and width 20 mm to 60 mm.
