Induction heating and hardening equipments

EMA India manufactures medium frequency and high frequency induction heating and hardening equipments with latest IGBT technology as well as precision honing machines in single and multi spindle versions to meet high quality requirements. The products include an universal twin spindle CNC induction hardening machine with medium frequency IGBT transistorised converter, a high frequency solid state converter and a 3-spindle vertical honing machine with NC control system. The special features of these products are: The medium frequency converter has and automatic matching system (PWM) and the converter is controlled with a PLC. The converter operates at a wide frequency of 10-25 KHz with compact design. The twin spindle CNC induction hardening machine can be universally adopted to harden varieties of automobile components. The 3-spindle vertical honing machine is equipped with a dedicated NC control system with operator panel for ease of machine setting and operation. The feeding system of all the 3-spindle are servo controlled. The stroke position is controlled through and encoder and the stroke speeds is control through servo valves. For the first time in the country, the honing machine is equipped with a Tele Service facility as a step toward "e-service"". The high frequency solid state generator is the latest version replacing oscillator valve for frequency generators.
