Hardening Systems

EMA Indutec offers Hardening Systems. Various technological advantages of induction hardening systems: short hardening periods and, as a result thereof, nearly scale-free hardening zones (if required, hardening under protective gas is possible); reduced distortion owing to hardening process; reproducible results; exactly defined local hardening (also possible at bulky workpieces). Hardening system with calibrating arbour for the hardening and tempering in inert atmosphere, for example, welding sleeves.
