Immersion heater

Mumbai-based Sweden Trading Corporation supplies tubular type immersion heater to heat up water, oils, chemicals, and pre-heat cleaning solutions. These are constructed with sheathing of tubular elements with SS, copper, monel and incolloy suitable to various applications. The element is U-shaped, welded with flange or check nut for vertical or horizontal operation, respectively. The check nut flange is made out of brass, MS or SS. The heating element is a helical wire wound coil, inserted into the tube with uniform pitches and rigidly tightened by insulation powder complete with brazed terminals. This heater is designed to heat up solutions rapidly as the same has more watt density than rod type heaters. The heater is also available with built-in thermostat. These are available in standard sizes and capacities with length ranging from 8 to 72"and tube diameter from 3/8 to 5/8. The voltage range is 250 to 440 V (500 W to 60 kW).
