Immersion heater, silica cased

Mumbai-based Sweden Trading Corporation supplies silica cased immersion heaters to heat up various acidic solutions that no metal withstands. Generally, these heaters are used in electroplating industries, and are operated vertically. They are constructed with sheathing of heaters and have quartz silica tube sheathing, closed from bottom. Rubber cap with terminal wires are mounted on the top. The heating element is wound around a porcelain tube. Insulating beads separate turns of the coil, so that the element cannot sink. Heater terminals are fixed very firmly with the outer wires. These with terminal wire length of 1.5 m have length ranging from 12 to 36 and with voltage capacity 240 V, 1,000 to 4,000 W
