High temperature black IR heater

Permanent operating temperature is 900 degrees centigrade at a rated power of 800 watts. Heat up time is approximately 1.2 minutes. SHTS radiator consists of a ceramic casing, which is filled with a highly efficient heat insulation material. In order to protect the ceramic and heating coil these radiators are coated with black glaze. Compared to common white glazing it transmits up to 25 per cent more radiation energy at high temperatures. Gold coating/plating on the rear of the radiators and special black glaze ensures that up to approximately 98 per cent of the generated radiation energy is emitted from the front.
