High Temperature Black IR Heater

The Elstein super high temperature radiator model SHTS is introduced by Ace Heat Tech. Permanent operating temperature is 900°C at rated power of 800 W. Radiation efficiency is more than 75% and heat up time is approx 1.2 minute. SHTS radiator consists of a ceramic casing, which is filled with a highly efficient heat insulation material. In order to protect the ceramic and heating coil these radiators are coated with black glaze. Compared to common white glazing it transmits up to 25% more radiation energy at high temperatures. Gold coating/plating on the rear of the radiators and special black glaze ensures that up to approx.98% of the generated radiation energy is emitted from the front.
