Hygiene Air Products offers Heaters with energy savings. It transmits heat through both, conduction and radiation. The features includes energy saving, minimal heat loss, built-in thermal insulation, uniform temperature, maximum flexibility for easy installation. The nichrome wire 80/ 20 helically wound is strung through specially designed ceramic insulating of 1/4" thickness reduces power consumption by 15 to 20 percent. The element is designed to run at maximum temperature and heat the ceramic blocks to the points where they radiate energy into the barrel as well as conduction through being in contact with the barrel.
