Sweden Trading offers Heaters. It is of bobbin type. It is widely used as immersion heaters or as air heaters by selecting appropriate sheath materials for heating various types of chemicals, oils and water or air and gases. Bobbin type heaters are widely used as immersion heaters or as air heaters by selecting appropriate sheath materials for heating various types of chemicals, oils and water or air and gases. They are specially recommended when low watt density is required and where it is difficult to drain out entire liquid from tank for replacement of heaters. They are available in various diameters and lengths as per customers' specifications. However the standard diameters are from 8 mm OD to 75 mm OD. They can be designed for vertical as well as horizontal installation with required heating and non-heating zones and suitable to operate any voltage as per the requirement (from 60 to 440 V). These heaters are also available with variety of sheath materials like: titanium, stainless steel (304, 316, 316 L, 321 and 321L), lead covered tube, zinc plated MS and quartz/glass tube, for heating liquids; and available with perforated or finned tubes for air heating, as per requirement.
