Heater, Cartridge Type

Pyramid Cartridge Heaters, manufactured by Allied Electrical Industries, are used in immersion heating units. The safe working temperature is up to 600?C, depending upon sheath material and process application. Complete heater, only the heating element, or a part of it can be supplied. These are manufactured as per the requirements of IS:3724. The advantage of these type of heaters is that, the cartridge (complete assembly of the heater) can be repaired or replaced, keeping the outer housing unchanged (which is generally welded/fixed with the vessel).
