With commercial production commenced in the month of May 2007, currently it manufactures hydraulic oil, way lube oil, gear oil, spindle oil, vacuum oil, compressor oil, cutting oil, press oil, cleaning oil, anti-rusting oil and discharging oil. Heat treatment is a processing technology in a metal working industry where metals or finished product are hardened through metallic heating and cooling. Heat treatment oil should have cooling ability and also aid in the hardening process of the metal so that the product is strong and durable even at high temperature. Product must be able to exert cooling power for long hours at high temperature. Highly refined base oil and excellent additives are included in the heat treatment oil for strong cooling at high temperature during hydrolysis and oxidation. These oils have long lifetime cooling ability and the cooling power dispersion into the product is uniform and stable. One of major function of heat treatment oil is to increase the efficiency of the heat treatment process.
