Furnace, Bogie Hearth

Allied Consulting Engineers offers Bogie Hearth furnaces, some of the company's most successful heat treatment equipment. These are mainly used for annealing, normalising, hardening, stress relieving, tempering, etc, of various grades steels as also for processing aluminium sheets, coils and extrusions, drying of moulds, etc. Operating temperatures vary from low temperature with circulation to above 1200?C. Furnaces are offered with single or double bogie, with motorised rack and pinion drive system, motorised or pneumatic door operation; effective sealing arrangement, etc. Heating could be gas or liquid fuel including high velocity burners and also electrically heated. Also available are radiant tube fuel fired furnaces for specific applications, charging machines for handling bogies, etc.
