Fluidised bed drier

Adam Fabriwerk Pvt Ltd manufactures fluidised bed drier that is used for drying of wet granules. These are offered with built-in RAKER (slow speed agitation, externally driven to ensure uniform drying of granules without stopping the process). The unit is provided with programmable microprocessor to set total cycle time, bag shake, bag shake time, raker on delay, raker on time and final bag shake time. Safety features such as earth circuit relay, solid flow monitor and explosion doors are standard. Air preparation unit complete with HEPA filtration can be provided. Chilled water dehumidification feature can also be provided. The capacity of the models available is 30-300 kgs.
