These are ideally designed for drying mushrooms, arecanut, coconut, chillies, spices, papad onions, fish, garlic, grapes, cashew nuts, vermicelli, noodles, confectionery, macaroni, etc. They are heated either by electric or steam or both combined. Various models are available to suit the drying capacity. Custom-built models also can also be made on request.
